Camille Bérubé-Lepage

Ms. Bérubé-Lepage specializes in business law.

Her practice focuses on corporate mergers and acquisitions, financing for business projects and corporate reorganization. She regularly collaborates in the drafting of commercial contracts including buy-sell agreements for shares or assets, commercial leases or shareholder agreements.

She has an interest in tax law and is currently completing a tax program at Université Laval.

In addition, Ms. Bérubé-Lepage provides legal advice and services to start-ups such as incorporating companies and preparing shareholder agreements.

During her university studies, Ms. Bérubé-Lepage completed a one-year study stay at Université de Paris Descartes, during which she took European and International Business Law courses. She also had the opportunity to act as a research assistant for professors at the Faculty of Law at Université Laval, which allowed her to learn about business law research and to publish an article on the governance of SME in Revue Gestion de HEC Montréal.
