Mr. Reeves specializes in labour and employment law, as legal counsel, negotiator, or attorney and acts exclusively for employers. His practice extends to all aspects of labour relations and strategic planning of human resources.

He has extensive experience in the negotiation of collective agreements for public and parapublic institutions as well as for private companies. He regularly counsels and represents employers in all aspects of union accreditations and grievance arbitrations.

Mr. Reeves represents employers before arbitration boards, civil courts, and authorities specialized in labour law for litigation related to the interpretation and application of collective agreements, labour laws, human rights charters, disciplinary measures, or termination of employment.

Part of his professional activities focus on public and administrative law, more specifically for secondary and postsecondary educational institutions and universities, as well as for the Quebec Health and Social Services network of institutions.
