Mr. Lecours specializes in labour and employment law, as legal counsel, negotiator or attorney, and acts exclusively for employers. His practice extends to all aspects of labour relations, strategic planning of human resources and occupational health and safety.

He acts as attorney for employers in the fields of education, of health and social services, and for private companies in various fields of activities. He pleads before the arbitration tribunals, ordinary courts, Quebec Administrative Court and other specialized bodies in litigations regarding the interpretation and application of collective agreements, labour and occupational health and safety laws, human rights charters, and in disciplinary measures and termination of employment.

Mr. Lecours is legal counsel to employers in the negotiation of collective agreements for public organizations and private companies in various fields of activities. He regularly counsels and represents employers in all aspects of union accreditations and grievance arbitrations.

Mr. Lecours represents employers before arbitration boards, civil courts and authorities specialized in labour law for disputes related to the interpretation and application of collective agreements, labour laws, human rights charters, disciplinary measures or termination of employment.

He focuses a part of his professional activities on privacy and access to information legislation for public institutions and private companies. In this regard, he acts as attorney before the Commission d’accès à l’information and as a trainer. He is also regularly invited as a speaker by various organizations.
