Ms. Dubois has been practicing law since she was called to the Barreau du Québec in 2000 and she is a member of the firm since 2003.
She has a Master’s degree in Labour Law with a specialization in dispute arbitration.

Ms. Dubois specializes in labour and employment law as legal counsel or attorney and acts exclusively for employers.

She represents employers before arbitration boards, civil courts, and authorities specialized in labour law for disputes related to the interpretation and application of collective agreements, labour laws, human rights charters, disciplinary measures, or termination of employment. She also acts as an employer attorney in work conflicts.

Ms. Dubois has extensive experience in occupational health and safety since an important part of her professional activities is devoted to represent employers in matters of employment injury compensation and cost allocation. She also represents employers before the Commission d’accès à l’information and the Commission des droits de la personne et des droits de la jeunesse.

Lastly, she practices in public and administrative law, primarily for institutions of the Quebec Health and Social Services network.
