Mr. Lepage specializes in labour and employment law, and acts as legal counsel, negotiator, or attorney exclusively for employers. His practice extends to all aspects of labour relations and strategic planning of human resources.

He has extensive experience in the negotiation of collective agreements for private companies. He regularly counsels institutions of the Quebec Health and Social Services network for the negotiation and drafting of collective agreements. He advises employers in all aspects of union accreditation and grievance arbitration.

Mr. Lepage represents employers before arbitration boards, civil courts, and authorities specialized in labour law for disputes related to the interpretation and application of collective agreements, labour laws, human rights charters, disciplinary measures, or termination of employment. He also represents and counsels employers in matters of pay equity.

A major part of his professional practice focuses on public and administrative law, especially for institutions in the health and social services network regarding their structures, status and privileges of professionals, and user rights.

Mr. Lepage also works in the field of right to privacy and freedom of information for public and parapublic institutions and for private companies.
